CommunityHELP is a real-time, web-based resource of social programs and resources available in Central Massachusetts. Built on the nationally recognized, multilingual search platform by Aunt Bertha, the CommunityHELP site connects area residents and their health care providers to free and low-cost services for food, housing, transportation, health care, education, employment and legal issues. The site is a cooperative effort between UMass Memorial Health Care and Reliant Medical Group.
